Manages all support staff functions for the Department of Corrections (DOC). Plans, directs, and evaluates important aspects of support services, including personnel and office management. Coordinates policy and procedural changes, auditing policies for compliance, identifying problems, researching solutions and presenting recommendations. Participates in the production of reports, departmental records, statistical data reports, record imaging, and inventory control.
