About The Position

The Executive & Office Coordinator plays a vital dual-role supporting both the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer and the daily operations of the office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both executive-level support and essential administrative and logistical functions. You will coordinate the CFAO’s calendar and priorities, assist with internal communications and meeting preparation, and help track cross-functional initiatives. Simultaneously, you’ll oversee office logistics, vendor relationships, supplies and facilities, onboarding/offboarding support, and IT coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a support role, enjoys problem-solving, and values creating a well-run, organized workplace.
