About The Position

The Executive Office Administrator provides high-level administrative support, oversees the executive office, conducts special projects, prepares reports and correspondence, handles information requests, supports advocacy and public policy efforts, and performs special projects. This position provides administrative support to the Board of Directors and all Board committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree requirement may be fulfilled by an AA or AS degree with 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years confidential and sensitive administrative experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
