Requirements

  • Have 2–4+ years of experience in hotel conference services, event management, or catering sales.
  • Excel at organization, communication, and managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Understand banquet operations and the flow of meetings and catered functions.
  • Are skilled at revenue optimization through thoughtful upselling and client consultation.
  • Bring professionalism, creativity, and a calm presence under pressure.
  • Are committed to delivering polished, elevated service aligned with The Elmore Hotel’s standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating corporate meetings, social events, and group experiences from start to finish.
  • Designing detailed event plans that balance client vision, operational flow, and profitability.
  • Leading pre-convention meetings and ensuring every detail is clearly communicated.
  • Managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), room blocks, timelines, and vendor coordination with precision.
  • Being present during events to ensure smooth execution and elevate the guest experience.
  • Working in a dynamic environment where each event presents new opportunities to shine.
