Join Our Team as an Executive Meeting Manager at Cary Collection of Hotels, which includes Comfort Suites Regency Park, DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary, Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary, and Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40.

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a detail-oriented and sales-driven Executive Meeting Manager to support group business and corporate catering efforts. This role works closely with the Group Sales Manager to execute events seamlessly while also driving smaller group and catering revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel sales or a related role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for success.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Group Sales Manager to detail and execute group business they secure
• Sell and manage group room blocks of 15 rooms or fewer, with or without meeting space
• Book and detail all corporate catering events that do not include group room blocks
• Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase the property’s offerings and services
• Prepare and manage event details, ensuring clear communication with operations teams
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure successful execution of meetings and events
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and event details
• Support revenue goals through proactive selling and strong client relationship management
