About The Position

We are looking to hire an Executive Media Producer to lead the media and video production of complex, multi-channel programs. In this role, you’ll oversee the creation and delivery of high-impact media across presentations, video, motion graphics, print, and digital formats - ensuring every asset is produced with excellence, consistency, and intention. You’ll partner closely with Executive Producers, Client Services, and Creative leadership to define deliverables, manage budgets, and guide teams through every stage of production. Reporting to the Manager, Media & Program Management, you’ll serve as a senior media leader and client-facing partner, responsible for aligning creative vision, operational rigor, and brand stewardship. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in media production, video development, and content production for live events, experiential programs, and/or integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead media and video production for large, complex experiential and campaign programs
  • Partner with Executive Producers and Client Services to align on scope, budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors to guide messaging, art direction, and design execution
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile media budgets and schedules throughout the project lifecycle
  • Resource, negotiate, and oversee internal teams and external vendors across content, motion, graphic, and video production
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring all media deliverables meet client guidelines and quality standards
  • Review and approve all creative media assets prior to delivery
  • Establish and manage file-sharing systems, asset tracking, and version control
  • Lead weekly production and design check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Manage client expectations and proactively communicate risks or changes
  • Partner with technical, room, and stage teams to deliver cue sheets, asset lists, and show-ready media
  • Oversee archiving of all final assets and close-out of vendor access
  • Facilitate post-project reviews to capture learnings and best practices
