The Greeter/Host/Cashier at Radisson Blu Mall of America is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Executive Class Lounge. This role involves preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The position requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

  • Prepare beverages for guests promptly and courteously.
  • Complete the opening checklist to ensure the Executive Class Lounge is ready for service.
  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Answer incoming phone calls to the Executive Class Lounge.
  • Set up and break down all food and beverage presentations in the lounge.
  • Alert the kitchen for food/beverage replenishment and refill items promptly.
  • Complete food and beverage requisition for the next day's delivery.
  • Restock, refill, clear counters and tables, wash dishes, and vacuum the lounge at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain positive inter-departmental relationships and communicate effectively with outside vendors.
  • Abide by legal standards and alcohol training guidelines for service.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lounge, including temperature, lighting, and music.
  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and sanitize for the next seating.
  • Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Listen, apologize with empathy, and find solutions when resolving guest problems.
  • Perform other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an upscale restaurant, guest service, or hotel environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-spirited attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members, and guests.
  • Ability to retain and provide general hotel information.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
