About The Position

The CxO Transformation Partners (CXTP) team serves as trusted advisors to Cloudflare’s most senior customers and prospects. We are a highly strategic group who simplify technical complexity and align our solutions with large-scale business objectives. Our mission is to unlock commercial outcomes by bridging the gap between deep technical capabilities and executive-level strategic goals. The Executive Engagement Intern will help operationalize our Executive Community experience (a CxO Engagement platform working in conjunction with Field Marketing). This role focuses on supporting the program launch, which will include the creation of an Executive Council, designing executive engagements, and establishing foundational processes for summits, dinners, and the Academy pilot. This intern enables scale, consistency, and quality in CxO interactions. Everything created will see tangible impact on executive meetings, customer engagements, and internal efficiency. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergrad BA/BS or Masters MA/MS (MBA not required).
  • Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).
  • Experience or strong interest in developing executive-level content, playbooks, operational kits, and program materials.
  • Ability to own a high-impact project end-to-end and deliver portfolio-ready results.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executives, sales, and marketing.
  • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative cloud services company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of the Executive Engagement Playbook and the council operations toolkit, providing a strong portfolio deliverable and presentation to leadership.
  • Building the Executive Council operations kit, encompassing bios, briefing notes, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Developing an executive event playbook for summits and dinners.
  • Supporting the Academy curriculum and participant workflow.
  • Creating standardized templates for immersion labs and sprints.
