About The Position

The Executive Human Resources Specialist at Booz Allen is responsible for providing comprehensive support to executive clients regarding benefits and perquisites. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources.
  • 2+ years of experience with benefits administration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and derive data insights.
  • Knowledge of data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and data formatting.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of consulting and project management skills.
  • Experience with Workday or other human capital management technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and meet the expectations of executive clients regarding benefits and perquisites.
  • Investigate and resolve benefits issues, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Analyze opportunities for process efficiencies and provide insights and recommendations for executive benefits offerings.
  • Consult with benefits vendors to design and implement executive benefits solutions.
  • Lead the Advisor Program in partnership with Talent Strategy Integrator Leads to align with company strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and updates on benefits and processes.
  • Perform data management activities to support Executive Total Rewards processes.
  • Utilize Workday, Excel, and Smartsheet for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Leadership and Executive Services teams on data requirements and process enhancements.
  • Support the execution of Executive Total Rewards cycles.
