About The Position

PAY RATE: $19.52/ Hour (Breakdown: $16.52/Hour + $3.00/Hour Differential for all hours worked) + Shift Differentials This position is a flexible, part time position that works a minimum of 32 hours each month. Staff self schedule hours that work with their schedule. 16 hours must be over the course of a weekend or weekends.

Requirements

• No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.
• Safety precautions followed in building maintenance operations
• Commercial cleaning practices, equipment, supplies and techniques
• The use of building maintenance equipment
• Basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email and building system applications
• Communicate effectively, understand and follow instructions, read and comprehend equipment manuals
• Utilize and maintain hand tools and building equipment safely
• Operate industrial-type cleaning equipment
