About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-functioning private residence. This role is responsible for maintaining systems, standards, and readiness across the home, ensuring it operates smoothly, and is always guest-ready. This is a hands-on position requiring autonomy, structure, and excellent judgment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in private households, estate support, or UHNW environments
  • Strong organizational and systems-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High standards, attention to detail, and preventive approach to household management
  • Excellent references confirming discretion, reliability, and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence
  • Establish and uphold household systems and routines
  • Ensure the home is continuously guest-ready without last-minute efforts
  • Perform and plan deep cleaning, seasonal detailing, and specialty care of fine finishes and furnishings
  • Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing, steaming, organization, and travel preparation
  • Maintain inventories of household supplies, linens, and specialty products; reorder proactively
  • Support light kitchen duties, light meal prep, pantry organization, errands, events, and special projects as needed
  • Coordinate seamlessly with estate manager and other household staff
  • Exercise absolute discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
