About The Position

O’Reilly Hospitality Management is seeking a high-energy Executive Housekeeper to lead our 120-room, wellness-focused EVEN Hotel in Belgrade, Montana — with the potential opportunity to grow into a dual-property leadership role overseeing two brands (IHG EVEN + Hilton Hampton) as the new Hampton Inn Belgrade opens in August 2026. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in operations, values team development, and is excited by the possibility of managing two distinct brands under one ownership group. Requirements

3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience
Strong passion for team building, coaching, and operational excellence
Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced hotel environment
Interest in growing into a dual-property, dual-brand leadership role

Nice To Haves

Experience with IHG and/or Hilton Hampton brands
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or additional language proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a dedicated housekeeping team at our modern, 120-room EVEN property
Champion the “Wellness in Travel” experience through exceptional cleanliness and service
Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and training with future expansion in mind
Maintain IHG brand standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
Partner closely with Front Desk and Engineering teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
