About The Position

The Executive Housekeeper at Aperture Hotels is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, staff training, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping boards in the morning
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues
• Hire new employees for Back of House (BOH)
• Train employees on hotel cleaning standards and procedures
• Keep hotel stocked with supplies and maintain inventory
• Ensure employees wear uniforms and nametags
• Maintain labor standards as directed by the GM
• Address guest concerns and ensure quality scores are met
• Change bed linen and make beds
• Remove and restock used towels
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Replenish bath care products
• Restock beverages and supplies
• Clean public areas as needed
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs
• Assist guests with queries and lost items
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and restocked by the end of the shift
• Follow hotel security guidelines
