About The Position

The Executive Housekeeper at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites is responsible for leading the housekeeping team to ensure the property is clean, sanitized, and ready for guests. This full-time, year-round position offers opportunities for career growth and includes furnished housing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least three years of experience managing a team
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
• Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents
• No degree required
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a background check, including MVR and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
• Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment
• Ensure that daily tasks and projects are completed
• Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place
• Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
• Ability to drive a company vehicle on property
