About The Position

Reporting to the Global Services and Solutions Lead (Sean Muzzy), this role entails the oversight of the combined Kinesso and Acxiom Professional Services unit. This unit will house all Alliances, Advisory, and Delivery teams associated with Kinesso / Acxiom's martech, adtech, cloud, RMN management, Google Marketing Platform Resale, and AI consulting practice globally (including US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, LATAM). This role includes collaboration and joint business planning with the Salesforce (RafterOne) and Adobe practices without directly overseeing them.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the vision and strategic direction for the global Professional Services unit.
  • Align the team's priorities with the overall goals of Kinesso and Acxiom to ensure global consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with key leaders across Kinesso, Acxiom, and partner organizations to foster alignment, innovation, and growth.
  • Drive the direction of relevant platform partnerships to contribute to team revenue growth.
  • Oversee regional and market-based structures, ensuring optimal delivery of services tailored to local needs.
  • Establish and refine operational frameworks to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Provide clarity and direction to regional leaders, enabling them to meet organizational objectives.
  • Continue the growth and adoption of GCC teams to effectively augment project delivery.
  • Take ownership of the Professional Services unit's financial performance, ensuring alignment with revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue growth, drive cost efficiency, and enhance overall profitability.
  • Work with finance teams to identify and implement commercial and financial structures that maximize the team's (and overall HoldCo's) opportunity for growth.
  • Lead the development and evolution of new services aligned with market demands and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the strategy for the sale and resale of key technologies, including Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud, and Tealium.
  • Manage and mentor a globally distributed team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organization, ensuring a robust succession pipeline.
  • Promote professional development opportunities across the team to support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Drive the learning and development agenda of the team in partnership with HR / Talent teams.
