Requirements

  • Proven General Manager experience operating a high-volume, high-profit dealership
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations, grow net profit, and build winning teams
  • Ford brand experience preferred, but elite operators from other franchises considered
  • Strong financial acumen with disciplined expense and inventory control
  • Decisive, hands-on leadership style with high standards and clear expectations
  • Passion for customer experience, talent development, and winning

Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and Administration
  • Deliver sustained profitability, market share growth, and CSI excellence
  • Lead, coach, and hold senior managers accountable to performance metrics
  • Execute Ford programs, standards, and performance initiatives
  • Analyze and manage financial statements, KPIs, and expense controls
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier leadership and frontline talent
