About The Position
The Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Rule 10b5-1 Specialist at Morgan Stanley is responsible for managing and implementing 10b5-1 trading plans for new and established issuers, providing a high level of service to clients, advisors, and partners. This role requires strong communication skills to liaise with senior executives and involves a comprehensive understanding of SEC rules and corporate equity plans. The specialist will also facilitate the clearance and settlement of restricted shares and provide educational support to financial advisors and clients.
