Requirements

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly collaborative, and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in event planning and administrative coordination.
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, and independence.
  • Skilled facilitator with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience supporting senior or executive leaders.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and travel/expense systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for Rocky Hill site initiatives, including the Summer Picnic, Henkel Day, Take Your Child to Work Day, Employee Resource Groups‑sponsored site events, and Henkel‑supported employee community engagement activities.
  • Partner with site leadership and cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and manage budgets for sitewide meetings and events.
  • Provide project management support for complex business global initiatives and projects cascading from global to the North America region.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for special projects, events, business initiatives and business leaders.
