About The Position

Provides safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for executive-level leaders on an as-needed, per-diem basis. Primary routes include roundtrip travel between Carlisle, PA and major airports—Philadelphia International (PHL), Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), John F. Kennedy (JFK), and Harrisburg International (MDT)—as well as other destinations as requested. Operates a company-owned vehicle, ensures on-time arrivals/departures, monitors traffic and weather conditions, assists with luggage, and upholds CCM policies, confidentiality, and exceptional service standards.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license; clean driving record (subject to pre-employment and periodic MVR checks).
  • Demonstrated defensive driving skills and knowledge of Mid-Atlantic highway systems and airport approaches (PHL, BWI, JFK, MDT).
  • Strong customer service orientation; professional demeanor and discretion.
  • Excellent time management; ability to anticipate route delays and proactively adjust.
  • Ability to use GPS/navigation, smartphone apps, and hands-free communication tools.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver luggage up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of professional driving experience (e.g., chauffeur, courier, limo, shuttle, or similar).
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screen per CCM policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience transporting executives or VIPs; familiarity with operations at PHL, BWI, JFK, and MDT.
  • Defensive driving certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport executives to/from airports and other destinations using a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Plan routes; monitor real-time traffic and weather; adjust departure times to ensure punctuality.
  • Provide professional, courteous service and maintain strict confidentiality regarding executives’ schedules and conversations.
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage; handle items with care.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and readiness; complete pre-/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Keep accurate trip logs (mileage, time, destinations) and submit receipts or documentation per company procedures.
  • Coordinate with Manager, Executive Office (or designee) regarding schedules, changes, and special requests.
  • Comply with company EHS expectations for safe driving and incident reporting; wear seat belt at all times.
  • Operate navigation and communications tools (smartphone apps, GPS) while observing hands-free and safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
