About The Position

Requirements

• Must hold an active California RCFE Administrator's License.
• At least four years of previous experience in the industry or Executive Director Certification.
• Health Certification signed by a physician within the first 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a pre-leasing strategy to ensure high occupancy rates at opening.
• Identify and engage with potential residents and their families through targeted outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Host community tours and virtual visits for prospective residents and families.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective residents and track leads.
• Organize and host pre-opening events to engage prospective residents.
• Ensure pre-leasing activities comply with regulations and coordinate with construction teams.
• Track and report on pre-leasing performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures for staff management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate community staff.
• Process payroll and manage accounts payables.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and monitor community operations.
