About The Position

The Executive Director will lead the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults at HopeBridge Recovery. This role focuses on improving the lives of individuals struggling with psychiatric disorders through effective program leadership, staff management, clinical oversight, financial management, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and substance use services, along with a passion for enhancing program effectiveness and expanding services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
  • Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, Ph.D.).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SUD/MH, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of PHP and IOP models of care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Experience with program development and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of both the PHP and IOP programs, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness and expand services.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive, medically supervised treatment.
  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.
  • Provide supervision, training, and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Foster a positive work culture that attracts and retains talented professionals.
  • Ensure the implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Develop and manage program budgets.
  • Oversee billing and insurance processes, including working with third-party payers.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality of care.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the PHP/IOP programs.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with community organizations and referral sources.
  • Increase awareness of the programs through marketing and public relations efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential patient records.
