Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of three years related operational leadership experience required.
  • Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

  • Experience in senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a community of 60-65 units and two product lines or 65-175 units with up to two product lines.
  • Manage associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and execute the business plan to become a preferred senior living community.
  • Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the management team.
  • Empower department leaders to supervise and motivate staff.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet resident needs.
  • Recruit, hire, and train high-quality associates.
  • Analyze trends to reduce turnover and increase retention.
  • Maintain positive resident relations and proactively solve resident problems.
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable legal requirements.
