About The Position
The Executive Director of the Winter Park YMCA Family Center is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing the center's overall operations, programs, and staff. This role requires a persuasive and innovative leader who excels in building relationships and inspiring community engagement. The Executive Director will manage key areas such as Membership, Wellness, Aquatics, Sports, Family and Youth Programs, Facility Management, and Community Engagement, ensuring the center meets its goals and serves the community effectively.
