About The Position

At Calyx Living, we blend luxuries with amenities to exceed expectations for senior living. Our design offers contemporary and spacious living areas of independent living yet all the care and services you expect with Assisted Living. As we enter this next phase of our growth with the opening of our new community, Calyx Living of Wakefield, we are seeking to hire an Executive Director that values a contemporary holistic approach seniors looking for an authentic experience. An Executive Director is the leader and senior manager in our communities as well as the face of Calyx in the broader local community.

Requirements

• 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living required.
• Bachelor's Degree from a traditional in-person college or university.
• A licensed North Carolina administrator or the willingness and ability to get licensed within the first 6 months at the company.
• Ability and willingness to work fully in-person.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage high performing community-based teams.
• Ensure stable, timely day to day operations including staffing and service delivery that result in high resident and family satisfaction.
• Deliver community census and financial performance at the industry-leading levels expected by the company.
• Responsible for overseeing recruiting and hiring to ensure service delivery needs are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Accountable to delivering clinical results and regulatory compliance.
• Remain on task and schedule, completing required job responsibilities including reports and other deliverables proactively.
• Routine, ongoing presence in the local community ensuring the cultivation of referral partner and other professional relationships.
