About The Position

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient, high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and coordination among various departments. The Executive Director will lead efforts to optimize workflows, improve resident satisfaction, and maintain financial sustainability of the facility. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare facility management or administration.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Health Services Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and advanced data analytics tools.
Proven leadership experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the overall operations of the health facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
