Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Healthcare Administration, Business or related field preferred)
3-5+ years of leadership experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health or healthcare operations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams
Leads with integrity and models ethical, recovery-centered leadership

Nice To Haves

Experience with detox and residential treatment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling , payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and patient experience initiatives
Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and federal guidelines
Build and retain a high-performing multidisciplinary leadership team
Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives
Foster a culture aligned with recovery principles, accountability, and excellence
