Requirements

  • Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience managing people and budgets.
  • Approachable, collaborative, and skilled in both coaching and holding teams accountable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with MS Office 365 and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring exceptional service for residents and families.
  • Hire, mentor, and support staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
  • Engage daily with residents and families, creating trust and lasting connections.
  • Manage budgets, support census growth, and partner with sales and marketing to tell our story in the community.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold Agemarks commitment to personalized, dignified care.
