About The Position

Agemark Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for one of our communities in the Greater Omaha region. We’re looking for a leader who understands what it takes to guide a team, support residents and families, and build a positive culture. This is a great role for someone who can bring both compassion and strong operational leadership to a community. Requirements

Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
A steady, approachable leader who can support staff and hold them accountable.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience managing people and budgets.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in or overseeing memory care, assisted living, or independent living is helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations to ensure residents receive excellent care and support.
Mentor, coach, and develop your team while creating a dependable, engaged work environment.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Work closely with sales and manage budgets to support census and financial goals.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and uphold Agemark’s standards for care and service.
Represent the community within the Greater Omaha area and maintain positive local connections.
