Executive Director - Assisted Living Job Purpose: The Executive Director is responsible for the effective operations and overall management direction of the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Community. Responsible for assuring the highest degree of quality care and service is provided to our residents.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing 5 star-luxury to our residents and grow the Wingate culture.
Responsibilities
- Directing the Overall Management and Control
- Hire, Evaluate, Coordinate, Monitor Performance, Schedule and Supervise Staff
- Implement policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.
