Position Summary: The Executive Director, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations or Divisional Director of Operations, serves as the senior leader of the Community with responsibility for strategic oversight, daily operations, and long-term performance. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional resident care while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory standards and driving achievement of financial and operational goals. The Executive Director leads and develops department heads and staff across all functional areas, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and alignment with the Company’s mission and values. In addition to overseeing sales and occupancy growth, the Executive Director actively represents the Community externally, building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners to enhance the Community’s reputation and ensure long-term success.
