Requirements

• Assisted Living Administrator License
• Proven leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare operations
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Track record of building and leading successful teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting those who care for them

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for daily operations of the community
