Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
  • Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
