Senior Friendship Centers is seeking a dynamic and mission driven leader to serve as our Executive Director for Lee County operations. This leadership role will be for someone who knows Lee County deeply—its people, partners, stakeholders, and community priorities—and is ready to translate relationships into meaningful impact for older adults. Reporting to the VP of Contracted Programs, the Executive Director provides visionary, strategic, and operational leadership to advance the mission, strengthen community impact, and ensure the long-term sustainability of Senior Friendship Centers’ Lee County operations. The Executive Director will be a member of Senior Friendship Centers’ Executive Team and lead with our core values of compassion, integrity, collaboration, and respect. Applicants must live in Lee County Florida and already have deep connections within the community. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday position with occasional evening and weekend outreach events. We offer a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage; generous paid time off; paid holidays; a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match; and—most importantly—the chance to do meaningful work with an organization that truly cares.
