Requirements

  • B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • RCFE in the State of California, in good standing.
  • Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility.
  • Experience in IL/AL.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.
  • May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Memory Care strongly preferred
  • Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and guides department heads and team members, maintaining dedication and commitment to Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age’s Mission and Values.
  • Holds weekly meetings & standups with teams to communicate changes, stay up to date on departmental activities, and ensures consistent and timely orientation and training is delivered to team members.
  • Directs the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives to ensure the success of community objectives and goals.
  • Works closely with residents, family, and responsible parties to ensure consistent communication, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget, considering variances and managing programs and strategies to ensure budgets are met.
  • Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns, tours, open houses to maintain Operates in accordance with Transforming Age’s policies and procedures, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and security of residents and team members.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and laws and regulations, including DSHS, OSHA and Safety guidelines.
  • Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
