Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of our senior living community in Central, Louisiana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience
• Proven track record of operational and financial management success
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership
