Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 7 years in senior living or healthcare management
- A strong understanding of state and federal regulations is essential
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for building relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Demonstrate a proven track record in leading and mentoring teams to foster a positive work environment
