The Compensation team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Compensation Manager to shape and execute compensation strategies across our Global Technology organization. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, organizational agility, strategic vision, and analytical expertise to develop and drive compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent in a rapidly evolving environment. You will lead high-impact projects and initiatives, represent Technology on firm-wide teams, and partner closely with senior leaders to ensure our compensation practices support our business objectives and maintain our competitive edge. You will be leading compensation for our world-class Technology organization globally.
