POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director is responsible for all chapter operations including financial management, staff management and volunteer leadership, ensuring that strategies align with the Foundation's overall mission. Ensures a focus on individual giving, including major giving, annual fund, and bequests to diversify and strengthen the chapter's funding sources.
