About The Position
Executive Director Opportunity at Hickory Creek at Madison Must be a licensed Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA). Requirements

- A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations
- An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana (HFA)
