About The Position

The Greater Pottsville Area Sewer Authority is accepting applications for an Executive Director. The Executive Director manages all the administrative operations of the Authority, which includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all compliance submittals, overseeing all financial transactions, and review of all project designs and engineering documents with the Engineer of Record. The Executive Director also works with municipalities and other authorities on any issues needing to be addressed regarding the operation and maintenance of the Authority's collection and conveyance systems and the wastewater treatment plant. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in administration.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the wastewater industry.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Possession of a Class A 1, 2, 3, 4, Pennsylvania Wastewater Operator License is desirable.
• Must reside in the Greater Pottsville Area Sewer Authority service area.
