About The Position
Grand Villa of Ormond Beach, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care Community with locations throughout the State of Florida, is in search of a dynamic Executive Director for our Ormond Beach community to join our expanding Region. Our current Director is moving to another one of our communities, so we are searching for an experience ED to take over our stabilized successful community. This person will have big shoes to fill. The Executive Director will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations for the community. Primary focus is on maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; the hiring, training and supervision of qualified staff while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services; establishing a working relationship with regulatory agencies, family members, and community advocates.
