This person can manage the day to day business office, as well as, drive sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Successful experience as an Executive Director for an Assisted Living Community.
  • Experience in opening a new community from ground up preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Human Spirit of the residents, families, associates and the community at large.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Achieve high resident and associate satisfaction.
  • Ensure high quality resident care/services are provided.
  • Create a culture in the community that reinforces and lives the mission each day.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Generate respect in the community for the community.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the community.
  • Generate the projected profit for the company by achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy of the community.
