About The Position
The Executive Director of Lake County Free Clinic (LCFC) is responsible for leading the organization in fulfilling its mission to address the unmet healthcare needs of the community. This role involves overseeing all operations, including program execution, financial management, and staff supervision, while ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by the Board of Trustees. The Executive Director will also engage with stakeholders, cultivate donor relationships, and represent the organization to various audiences, promoting a positive image and ensuring effective service delivery.
