About The Position
Belmont Village Senior Living communities are known across the nation for our innovation, signature best-in-class care, research-based programming and resident-centered living. Executive Directors are the cornerstone of our success in our communities, providing confident leadership while setting the standard for quality care and compliance, exceptional hospitality and a high level of employee engagement. The Executive Director oversees & directs the day-to-day operations of our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As a hands-on collaborative administrator in a vibrant community, you will ensure successful delivery of Belmont Village's signature high standards of operation. Prior experience as an Administrator or Executive Director of a large senior living, CCRC or Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
