We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to design and implement innovative B2B2C client acquisition tactics and asset gathering techniques within our JP Morgan Wealth Management Workplace Strategies team. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building new experiences and capabilities, and reengineering established processes and technology to deliver services through employer benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in wealth management, business development, and product management, with demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, influence, and complex problem-solving skills. The role involves designing and implementing innovative client acquisition tactics and asset gathering techniques through Business-to-Business-to-Consumer strategies. The position requires a candidate with a strong background in wealth management, business development, and product management, along with leadership, strategic thinking, influence, and problem-solving skills. As an Executive Director on the Acquisitions & Workplace Strategies team , you will drive enterprise transformation, collaborate with senior leaders, and lead initiatives that enable client acquisition and asset gathering from workplace business to business to consumer (B2B2C) products such as equity compensation, retirement, banking and financial wellness. Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience and deep expertise in wealth management/investments and broker-dealer regulatory landscape.
  • Proven product management experience and skills: defining roadmaps, writing requirements, mapping business processes and user journeys, prototyping, prioritizing backlogs, managing complex dependencies, and driving agile delivery (JIRA, Confluence, AI tools).
  • Strong knowledge of advisor & banker workflows, CRM platforms (Salesforce), BI/analytics tools (Tableau), and automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with C-suite/senior stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and translating concepts and solutions into business value.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong leadership presence, skilled at navigating complex organizations and building consensus among stakeholders with diverse opinions.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly self-motivated, structured thinker and problem solver, and effective in translating ambiguity into tangible action plans.
  • Thrives at operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed oriented facts and number based leader with excellent written documentation discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree required;

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for client acquisition and deepening capabilities from existing and emerging workplace products, in an accelerated time frame.
  • Lead business analysis, user journey design, and requirements definition across multiple products, stakeholders, and LOBs.
  • Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional teams to define solutions to problems, remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and deliver high-impact user experiences.
  • Establish and lead executive leadership forums for prioritization, decision-making, alignment, and risk assessment.
  • Analyze data, market trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies to uncover insights and generate ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Drive change management efforts, including legal, regulatory, and control assessments, communications, and governance activities.
  • Drive go-to-market activities, including testing, pilots, national rollouts, training, and reporting to measure success.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and strong relationships to manage dependencies across other teams and LOBs.
