Our client is seeking an Executive Director focused on Walmart Strategy & Account Leadership to own and grow one of its most critical retail partnerships. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving top-line sales, margin performance, and long-term strategic growth across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Walmart International. The ideal candidate is a humble, hungry, and people-smart leader with a strong track record of managing complex Walmart relationships, delivering P&L results, and serving as a trusted brand ambassador. This is a highly analytical, hands-on individual contributor role with heavy cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.
