The Executive Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and oversee the talent acquisition strategy and operations for the organization. The Executive Director will work closely with the Vice President, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer, as well as other leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure the hiring process aligns with the company's goals, and drive initiatives that promote a positive candidate experience.
