This is an exciting opportunity to join and lead the team dedicated to WPP's critically important client, Ford Motor Company as we look to identify a strategic and creative thought-leader. The North American Head of Brand Experience serves as the lead strategist responsible for the North America region, leading business and brand experience strategy for WPP l Ford. The purpose of this role is to lead the development of NA business and marketing strategy through the cultivation of data and consumer insights, turning human understanding into world class communication and experience plans that drive a competitive advantage for our clients. This role will drive integration amongst WPP sister agencies, including GTB (retail + dealer communications) and all lines of business: Owner Marketing (Customer Retention, Owner Education, Retail Service Marketing), Ford Credit, Ford Pro, Model e and Integrated Services. Together, this role in our largest region can drive greater value for Ford in thought leadership, service innovation, proactive creativity and greater team synergy. Excellent business strategy and analytics experience is necessary to ensure a data-driven foundation of business and consumer insights. Strong omnichannel communications and business strategy background, with exposure to mass, digital and social, is essential to expertly guide deliver. Reporting directly to the Global CSO, this role + the senior strategy leads must lead greater contribution to the global strategy community.
