About The Position

The Executive Director, US Oncology Commercial Strategy & Operations, is responsible to drive mid to long-term strategy and day-to-day operations for all customer-facing teams for the US Oncology organization. This role spans the entire US Oncology portfolio of products and indications, and requires exceptional leadership and collaboration across the Commercial Operations Leadership Team (e.g. sales, key accounts, surround sound, precision medicine, hematology team), the US Oncology organization, Alliance partners, and the US Market organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree
  • A minimum of 10 years combined strategic marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry.
  • Strong written/ verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability leading projects and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial organization design efforts in response to pipeline and business development – including driving alignment across Commercial leadership, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Training, Operations and Alliance partners.
  • Drive commercial prioritization, lead the Commercial Operations Leadership Team (COLT) Quarterly Business Review process, and Objectives/ Key Results design and assessment across all customer-facing teams.
  • Drive innovations to realization for US Oncology.
  • Deliver exceptional learning experiences, through Oncology Regional Trainers, best-in-class meeting experiences, and effective partnerships with the Learning & Development organization.
  • Partner with Marketing and Alliance counterparts to drive launch execution and ongoing execution and business performance results vs goals.
  • Drive talent and leadership development through ongoing efforts with Commercial teams as well as the broader Oncology organization via an annual Leadership Summit.
  • Lead the design and implementation of senior leader commercial meetings.
