Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for an Executive Director Stewardship & Donor Relations! Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Advancement Engagement, the Executive Director drives a comprehensive program to ensure a consistent and positive post-solicitation experience that will support an ongoing and deepening relationship between the university and the donor. This role will drive the Stewardship and Donor Relations program which develops and implements a strategic vision for the stewardship of major and principal gift donors as well as broad-based programming for recognition at various gift levels. The Executive Director will continually evaluate current practices, assess policy and stewardship needs, and map a path to campaign readiness. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
